We are seeking a motivated individual with Quick Books experience to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Answering Emails
Scheduling Appointments
Taking Messages
Creating Purchase Orders (POs)

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Quick Books for creating and managing purchase orders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Familiarity with the lawn and landscape industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
