We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for various events, including catering services.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas throughout shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Experience in catering or nightclub environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
