Performance Personnel Services is not recruiting Welders. The position requires the ability to work with various types of metals and welding techniques in a variety of environments, including on-site at shipyards.
Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for welding projects.

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques as required.

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.

• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder for 3 years.

• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).

• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, working in confined spaces, and operating in challenging environments

· Be prepared to work in various weather conditions as operations will be performed outside
· Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
