Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Audited Financial statement
• Participate in Financial Audits, including BIR Audits
• Maintain and review financial records, monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Assist the Accounting Officer in ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Assist in BIR Audit
• Records financial transactions on a daily basis.
• Review incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Work in collaboration with Internal Auditor, External Auditors, and other Accountants.
• Assist in managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
• Prepares Government reports in a Monthly, Quarterly and Annually such as: BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
• Ability to maintain account information confidentiality
• Has keen attention to details
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work-well in a fast-paced work environment, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Amenable to work in extended hours if required
• Willing to work in Makati City from Mondays to Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
