1. Processing and Monitoring of vendor payments. Making sure that we are processing their payment on time and within the agreed terms.

2. Quality checking of all invoices due for payment to make sure that all the necessary criteria are met. These includes invoice information (invoice number, date, amount), approval criteria, etc.

3. Monitoring and Researching of outstanding vendor invoices. Gathering information for resolution of the issues being encountered.

4. Communicating with internal and external clients for resolution of issues and outstanding invoices.

5. Answering internal / external vendor inquiry through calls or emails regarding status of outstanding invoices, request for update on their payment and other concerns.

6.Monitoring billings and payments for US utility vendors such as electricity, water and telephone bills through emails, vendor portals and 3rd party billing.

7. Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts/statement.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
