JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Handling office tasks such as filing, collating daily reports, checks timekeeping, petty cash, and reimbursements.
2. Organize and maintain files and data bases in a confidential manner.
3. Manage communication including emails, viber and phone calls.
4. Collating business unit concerns / inquiries.
5. Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree course
2. With at least 2 years’ experience
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
