Admin/Sales Assistant position at Infinite Glory Trading and Services:Job
Title: Admin/Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of the auto care shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
.- Handle sales transactions and manage inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including promotions and social media.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders for products and services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and documentation.
Qualifications
:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or sales are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of automotive products and services is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
