The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: ASSISTANT BAKER
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; a passion for baking is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal baking or culinary training is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and tools.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality.
- Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot, humid environment.
- Willing to be assigned at within Cebu City (Mabolo Office)
