Assistant Manager - Implementation (Client Onboarding/Project Support)

Job Summary:
The Client Onboarding Experience Team (COET) / is currently seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented lead to join our dynamic Global Implementation Team. In this crucial role, the lead will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our esteemed clients. This will be achieved by managing a team to perform a diverse range of administrative and coordination tasks during the Transition process. By collaborating with multiple workstreams, the lead will facilitate the efficient execution of the transition processes, thereby contributing to both client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Additionally, the lead will actively partner with Sr. Implementation Manager and Implementation Managers, demonstrating exceptional precision and efficiency in executing specific transition tasks from mobilization through optimization.

Role Requirements:
  • To lead a team that successfully completes the following tasks: (1) execute specific transition tasks from mobilization to optimization, demonstrating a high level of precision and efficiency. (2) Foster collaborative relationships with Implementation Team and various workstreams to ensure seamless cooperation throughout the transition process. (3) Utilize Governance tools adeptly to address and meet program needs effectively. (4) Skillfully leverage problem-solving abilities to achieve both firm and client business goals successfully. (5) Collaborate closely with other transition leaders and PMO team to identify and implement industry-leading processes for transition and program management. (6) Play an instrumental role in driving global process adoption and consistency. (7)Take charge of the execution of transition tactical tasks as outlined in the task list with utmost dedication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a similar support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel and Project, and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results.
  • Analytical analytic mindset with a track record of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
  • Excellent professional presence with excellent business and written/oral communication skills.
