Assistant Tour Operator
El Nido

Our Expedition Team, Castaway, is looking for Assistant Tour Operators to join our team.
This position is for both El Nido and Coron. For those who are not in Coron or El Nido, we will ask you to join us on a video interview.
Job Description
- Messaging and replying to guest inquiries and booking amendments following cancellation and other tour policies.
- Encoding and setting up rosters for expedition trips with all necessary guest details.
- Coordinating with hostel reception regarding any booking and tour occupancy related matters.
- Executing and assisting operator, purchasers, guides, and boat crew on expedition briefing and all departure protocols with purchasing, coast guard, and Philippine Port Authority.
- Encoding inventories and notifying shortages to operator and management for possible purchasing.
- Printing and putting together all necessary forms for briefing, trips, and anything else.
- Assisting the Tour Operator and Management in all tasks needed.

- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task through short rushes
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and fellow members of staff
- Previous experience and/or a college degree is preferred but not required
- A willingness to learn
- Able to work in a team oriented environment
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
