B2B Business Development Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
We are looking for B2B Business Development Specialist with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
As a Commission-Based B2B Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s revenue growth and expanding our market share. This position is ideal for highly motivated and result-oriented individuals who excel in sales environments and are adept at both new business development and sales closures.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the small and medium business sector across the USA and Europe focusing on their needs for virtual accounting, administrative, financial, and marketing services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to engage and acquire new clients, leveraging market research and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate leads, schedule pitches, and present our virtual service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions that add value.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clear communication and alignment of business goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the virtual services or B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven by results, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by continuous lead generation and effective lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and sales results.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role. You will earn a competitive commission as a revenue share for each closed deal, which provides a significant earning potential based on performance. There are no caps on earnings, making this an exceptional opportunity for candidates driven to excel in sales and reap the rewards of their efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
