DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule planning to reduce heads, tails, and two colors foam by-products.
- Provide the most efficient cutting plan for short blocks.
- Manage spares availability, equipment tagging, information and specs database.
- Initiates machine maintenance in coordination with EMD.
- Establish procedures to maintain overall equipment health.
- Analysis of Data.
- Analyze Foam Forecasts and adjustments.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering related course.
- At least a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
- Has knowledge in warehouse methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling storing stock items.
- Knowledgeable in Material planning and control in a manufacturing firm.
- Work Location: PLARIDEL ST.,BRGY. MAGUIKAY, MANDAUE CITY
