Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, evaluate, and analyze business processes and needs by performing scoping activities with close coordination to clients.
• Anticipate other possible requirements and uncover areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all requirements are met during scoping activities.
• Perform requirements analysis and develop effective solutions.
• Documentation of gathered and analyzed requirements.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to present documentation for client’s approval.
• Effectively communicate insights and solutions to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and ensure that these are well communicated and documented.
• Work closely with clients, project manager, development and implementation team.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Assist in performing user acceptance testing.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of documentation deliverables.
• Perform other documentation activities as required by the project.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competent in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Has initiative and excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Requires minimum supervision.
