Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination of project activities
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Coordinate with the project team to assist with Account Owners communication regarding their existing projects and reported issues of the clients
• Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them as needed
• Support the resolution of project issues by identifying problems and provide recommendations
• Oversee interaction between Development, QA and Implementation, with regards to the existing projects
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Open for Fresh Graduate
• Basic understanding of the technical aspects relevant to SDLC
• Knowledge in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira an advantage
• Proficiency with communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Click up or other collaboration tools an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
