Roles & Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by the end users.
- Provide resolution to client inquiries and concerns through Online, Ticket, Email, or On-site Assistance.
- Conduct simulation/testing on reported issues/inquiries from the end users.
- Conduct QA testing of patch update and applications prior to client deployment.
- Deploy patch updates to end users.
- Develop and maintain support procedure and documentation based on previously resolved issues.
- Report and escalate issues for bug fixing.
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in supporting clients is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
