Position: Business Analyst (Cebu)
Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Your typical day will involve conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
• Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer requirements.
• Utilize Agile team practices to ensure timely delivery of the business solution.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Educational background in Business Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must have expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Understanding of Agile Team Practices.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Experience in conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information.
• Ability to assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
