Position: Business Analyst (Cebu)
Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Your typical day will involve conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution.
Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer requirements.
Utilize Agile team practices to ensure timely delivery of the business solution.

Skills and Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
Educational background in Business Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field
Must have expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Understanding of Agile Team Practices.
Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Experience in conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information.
Ability to assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
