Smart Bite is revolutionizing the way workplaces experience lunch. We provide corporations and offices with a convenient and efficient way to order meals from the best restaurants through our user-friendly technology platform.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Smart Bite's reach in the Philippines. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new corporate clients, and transitioning them smoothly to our dedicated Key Account Managers.
Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new leads for potential corporate clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of Smart Bite
• Negotiate and close contracts with new clients
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the assigned Key Account Manager
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand Smart Bite's reach
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Contribute to the development and execution of Smart Bite's sales strategy in the Philippines
• Prepare and deliver sales reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on new client acquisition and handover
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deep understanding of the Philippine corporate landscape, ideally with experience in the food and beverage industry
• Passion for technology and innovation

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
