Job Title: Mandarin Cantonese – Tech Support
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Executive who is fluent in the language in Mandarin
Job Overview: As a Technical Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to our customers. While we will provide training on technical foundations, prior customer service experience in any of the required languages is a plus. The position primarily involves working during APAC hours, with a typical schedule of 5x10-hour shifts, but flexibility for occasional 24-hour coverage is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional technical support to customers in Mandarin
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize provided training and certifications to enhance technical knowledge and service delivery.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive support.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules as needed for 24-hour support coverage.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in the language of Mandarin is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prior customer service experience in any of the required languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo training on technical foundations and IT managed services.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional 24-hour coverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
