POSITION OVERVIEW:
Open positions—no educational background or experience required:

• Client Consultant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers (companies, governments, residents) in further developing their business through the power of the Internet.
• Build strong relationships with customers and uncover their latent needs, beyond just immediate demands.
• Visit companies and areas with limited Internet coverage to establish communication infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain regular contact with customers after service provision to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Report daily activities to your supervisor and use customer list management and sales management software to visualize sales activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Take the initiative to innovate challenging projects that have yet to be addressed (OPEN DOOR).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact closely and honestly with corporate presidents, executives, and key government officials.
• No specific educational background or experience in the communications industry is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
