A Glimpse into Your New Role

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare and wellness support to employees. Key clinical duties include taking vital signs, administering first aid, assisting doctors, coordinating emergency care, and maintaining medical supplies. The nurse also provides health counseling, ensures patient confidentiality, and may conduct home visits when necessary. Administrative responsibilities involve maintaining accurate medical records, tracking medications, and preparing government-mandated reports. Additionally, the nurse oversees health and wellness programs, investigates workplace injuries, verifies medical documents, and supports the Compensation and Benefits team with related administrative tasks.
