DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with partner clinics regarding pre-employment medical exams of new hires.
• Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• Company nurses investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with the safety officer.
• Maintain and Monitor employee health records, medicine inventory, and updating health tips on Bulletin Board.
• Coordinate with Alabang Plant Nurse regarding employee SSS Sickness and Medical benefits of the employee.
• Responsible on Medicard application of regular employee even renewal and deactivation of Medicard upon resignation of employee with coordination of Corporate Nurse.
• Responsible for scheduling and facilitating Annual Physical Exam.
• Submit Monthly Accident and Sickness Report to HR Supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate/s must possess a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• At least 6 months of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Undergone Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is a huge plus but not required.
• Fresh graduates with PRC licenses are welcome to apply.
• Amenable to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
