DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors and updates the monthly Quality, Performance Status, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Plastic Injection.
• Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology.
• Records and evaluates causes of defects and formulates corrective/preventive actions regarding production quality performance.
• Coordinates with QA Personnel in matters concerning product standards and specifications.
• Execute the production plan from the PPIC department based on the capacity of the machine.
• Report all production issues and concerns to the Manufacturing Manager of Plastic Injection.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience with production processes, quality control, and production planning.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
