DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preparation of check payments to suppliers.
• Responsible for Preparation of Cash Advances of Employees & Advance Payment to Suppliers
• Responsible for Withholding Tax Preparation & Printing for Advance Payments to Suppliers
• Responsible for printing of Canlubang check
• Responsible for Preparation of Check for funding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cupang, Muntinlupa
