DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administrative Functions
●Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from Plant HRs
●Schedules and coordinates HR meetings
●Prepares and distributes minutes of the meeting
●Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR filing system
●Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
●Inventory and requisition of office supplies
Recruitment
●Assist in job postings on social media accounts & other job portals
●Assist in background investigation / reference checking
●Responsible for monitoring and updating of the Get-U-Started database
●Send out follow-through new hire surveys
Compensation & Benefits
●Printing, issuance and distribution of IDs
●Prepares purchase order of company uniforms and coordinates issuance and distribution
HROD Projects & Initiatives
●Assists in the planning & implementation of organization-wide meetings/events such as: Employee Engagement, CSR, Culture-building and other Corporate HROD programs.
●Provides admin support to all units of Corporate HROD, as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
●Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant fields.
●Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Ability to operate general office equipment and tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and similar softwares.
●Ability to maintain confidential information.
●Ability to learn new technologies, systems and processes.
