Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the Company remains up to date on all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with Philippine government regulations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Business Permits
1.1. Attends to monitoring, filing, and securing of business permits for existing, new business, and business closures:

• Mayor's Business Permit
• Barangay Clearance
• Fire Safety
• Sanitary Permit
• Environmental Permit
• BIR 0605
• Books of Accounts

2. Security & Exchange Commission. Attends to processing of SEC permits pertaining to:

• Registration
• Amendments of By-laws

3. Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Attends to the filing of the necessary registration related to:

• New Business Registration
• Books of Account
• Authority to Print
• Business Retirement- with complete requirements to be filed within 2-3 weeks of a business closure.

4. Bureau of Customs. Attends to the necessary permit for the importation of equipment & machine.
5. Assists in other liaising & messenger tasks that may be required.
6. Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background & Work Experience Requirement:
1. Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of any relevant course
2. At least 2-3 years experience in compliance functions.
