Work Location:
Eastwood City (QC), Metro Manila, Philippines
Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office, and the rest will be WFH)
Job Type:
Full-time Contractor
(with a 3-month Probationary Period)
Working Hours: 8-Hour Day Shift + 1 Hour Lunch Break
Salary Range (Monthly):
NZ$1,720.00 to NZ$2,570.00 (+/-) (NZD)
(₱60,000.00 to ₱90,000.00)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Content Writer to join our team at TWG. The ideal candidate will have a strong writing portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of content marketing and SEO. You will play a key role in creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives brand consistency, and maximises reach across digital platforms.
Minimum Responsibilities:

• Write compelling on-page marketing copy and informative blog posts that align with brand voice.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards and grammatical accuracy across all outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive brand consistency and ensure all communications reflect the company’s tone and values.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines and increase visibility.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content with quick turnarounds.

Basic Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse content writing projects and proficiency in different writing styles.
• Experience in digital content creation and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver strategic content.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the ability to write for various platforms.
• Experience in handling tight deadlines and managing multiple projects efficiently.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A focused multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail.
• A stickler for punctuation and grammar.
• Able to write persuasive, CTA-driven copy quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Knowledgeable in writing through an SEO lens to maximise reach and engagement.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with teams to develop cohesive content strategies.
