(Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office and the rest will be WFH)

Working Hours: 8-Hour Day Shift + 1 Hour Lunch Break
Salary Range (Monthly):
NZ$2,000.00 to NZ$2,860.00 (+/-) (NZD)
(₱70,000.00 to ₱100,000.00)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support and Developer with a strong background in both IT support and web development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in systems administration, troubleshooting, and development, specifically with technologies like Word Press, React, Next.js, and PHP. This individual will play a key role in providing technical support, solving system issues, and developing web solutions to ensure smooth operations and innovation across the company’s infrastructure.
Minimum Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues across the company.
• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement web applications and solutions using PHP, Word Press, React, and Next.js.
• Maintain and update websites and applications, ensuring optimum performance, speed, and security.
• Troubleshoot server and hosting-related issues (c Panel & WHM) and optimize systems for performance.
• Write clean, efficient code, adhering to industry best practices, while continuously testing and debugging.
• Install, configure, and update software on both server and client systems, including CMS like Word Press.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to streamline and automate internal processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations to improve systems and development practices.
• Assist with user training and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in both IT support and web development roles.
• Strong experience with Word Press, including plugin and theme development.
• Proficiency in PHP, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and j Query.
• Familiarity with c Panel & WHM for server management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of database management (My SQL, SQL) and ability to perform basic administration tasks.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, both with software and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or similar libraries.
• Working knowledge in Laravel.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting environments and server configurations.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git Hub.
• Prior experience with IT infrastructure management and networking.
