We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting quarterly financial reports in compliance with multiple US state requirements and should have a strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting quarterly financial reports in compliance with multiple US state requirements and should have a strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports in accordance with state requirements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Utilize Quick Books for accounting tasks, including but not limited to, bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on compliance and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
- Must have a US CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate.
- Proficiency in Quick Books accounting software.
- Based in the Philippines, with the ability to work remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
