Responsible for the preparation of quantity takeoff, cost estimate analysis, variation and forecasting of future/final cost.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment report of the assigned projects.
Prepare and on time submission of monthly progress billings and claims. Prepare and establish site agreed budget and monthly forecasts.
Monitor and control actual cost in terms of Equipment Utilization, Materials, Labor and Subcontractor.
Review and evaluate subcontractor’s progress billings.
Monitor daily progress accomplishment status using Planning Tools. Coordinate with client the project status, changes in scope, issues and concern, additional work instructions and possible additional opportunities. Monitor, scrutinize and document as needed all variations and claims. Monitor monthly billing and collections.
Maintain database in gathering actual cost in conjunction with Site Accounting and Site Warehouse.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Manage project closeout
Perform additional tasks as may be assigned Job Requirements:
Must be a registered Civil Engineer in the Philippines with an emphasis in Estimating Construction works,
at least 5years of experience in related works.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in the English language
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Must have excellent project management, time management and organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Design and Build project work procedures in the Philippines
Must be familiar with ISO standards.
Must be a team player and be able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
Must be willing to work in makati and different site location
