Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis of all projects including but not limited to investment and operating cost.
• Establish the updated price list and develop the unit price analysis of all cost components
• Identify and recommend the most economical project design
• Prepare BOQ in coordination with the design engineers and unit price analysis of all cost components
• Establish the project's Capex and Opex
• Act as BOQ and Cost expert of the company
• Represent the company in dealing with various stakeholders whether internal or external in the conduct BOQ and Cost discussions
• Mastery of the water business model, principles, features and applications
• Analyze, prepare and submit BOQ and cost related reports
• Maintain awareness on current price trends, changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
• Perform other tasks may be assigned by the Division Head from time to time

Qualification:

• Graduate of any Engineering field, licensed engineer required
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Expert in data analysis and cost estimates.

Skills Requirements:

• Exemplary work experience as a cost engineer or similar role
• Preferably with working knowledge of design and visualization software
• Advance MS Office Skills
• Familiarity and ability to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Proven success in the areas of BOQ and cost preparation
• Current certifications in applicable skills a plus
• Must be willing to travel (as needed/required).
