Finance and Admin Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the conduct and provision of critical administrative, financial and other operation support services
  • Develop and maintain the company's corporate branding
  • Lead the proposal preparation and submission of the company
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility of all projects
  • Spearhead the provision of supplies, tools, services, equipment and resources required by other departments
  • Develop and manage the company's data monitoring system in a confidential manner
  • Spearhead the employees' travel arrangements including budget, logistics and accomodations
  • Provide general admin and financial support to other departments
  • Prepare the financial model of all projects based on the water industry aproach and standards
  • Lead the creation, management, completion and submission of feasibility study reports, solicited and unsolicited proposals in coordination with the business development, legal & compliance, planning, engineering & design team.
Qualification:
  • Graduate of any Business Administration and Accounting
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience as finance and admin manager
  • Expert in data analysis and financial modelling.
Skills Requirements:
  • Exemplary work experience as a finance and admin manager or similar role, preferably in the Water Supply Industry
  • Advance MS Office Skills
  • A team player and requires minimal supervision
  • With pleasing personality and effective communication skills
  • Has excellent leadership and finance and admin skills
  • Has excellent analytical, problem solving and management skills
  • Has exceptional negotiation and decision making skills
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively with multiple disciplines within teams and projects
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
