Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project planning activities
  • Develop the due diligence methodologies of the company
  • Act as the lead project planning resource of the company
  • Develop and maintain the company's corporate branding
  • Spearhead the project planning activities of all water supply and related projects according to industry standards and practices
  • Translate complex and varying project risks, threats and challenges into opportunities and recommend the most prudent business and technical approach.
  • Develop the applicable and efficient due diligence methodologies in full consideration of the projects magnitude, scale and complexity
  • Act as Planning expert of the company
  • Lead the conduct of the site visit together with the clients and other teams
  • Represent the company in dealing with various stakeholders whether internal or external in the conduct of the project planning activities
  • Mastery of the water business model, principles, features and applications
  • Sign plans and report as needed
  • Lead the analysis, preparations and submission of feasibility study reports and proposals
  • Maintain awareness on current water industry trends, issues, changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Head from time to time
Qualification:
  • Graduate of any Engineering field, licensed engineer required
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field require for this position
  • Expert in data analysis and water modeling software
Skills Requirements:
  • Exemplary work experience as a water supply planning officer or similar role
  • Preferably with working knowledge of design and visualization software such as Auto CAD, Arc Gis, Epanet, Water Gems and other applicable softwares
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Familiarity and ability to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively with multiples disciplines within the teams and projects.
  • Proven success in the areas of project planning
  • Current certifications in applicable skills a plus
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with Restrictions, preferably Restriction Codes 1 and 2
  • Must be willing to travel (as needed/required)
