QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering; a licensed Engineer.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel. (Required)
• Willing to learn and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning.
• Preferably possess at least 1-2 years of working experience as a Cost Engineer.
• Experience in NGCP Projects is an advantage but not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates of the detailed design of the transmission line or substation project.
2. Prepare cost estimates during the preparation of the future project.
3. Check quantity and cost for variations of the works and assist the Team Leader in certifying monthly statements of Engineering works contracts.
4. Prepare detailed cost estimates including bills of quantities of Engineering works contract packages.
5. Review and analysis of weekly report and monthly report of Engineering works contracts.
6. Collect information on work done quantities, material on site.
7. Review and calculate monthly statements submitted by contractors.
8. Regular update of overall project cost estimates by completion.
9. Estimate required quantities and costs of variations for Engineering works contracts.
10. Prepare yearly budget plan for implementation and necessary financial documents.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
