Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred, ideally within the energy sector.
3. Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Maintain a pleasing personality and professional demeanor at all times.
Job responsibilities
1. Conduct research on energy sector trends and market opportunities.
2. Analyze data and generate reports to support marketing strategies.
3. Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
4. Create engaging content for social media and execute marketing campaigns to promote related to energy sector topics.
5. Assist in preparing promotional materials and managing event logistics.
6. Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and address inquiries.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
8. Manage marketing schedules, track expenses, and prepare reports for management.
9. Handle routine administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
10. Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
11. Assist in cross-functional projects as needed.
