Role: CSR & Reports Admin
Location: Onsite (For Training Period); Negotiable to Hybrid or WFH

QUALIFICATIONS

Worked as a CSR for atleast 1-2 years ideally combination of email and voice support
Has worked with KPI reports – intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
Can do pivot table, knows how to use different formulas including but not limited to vlookup, xlookup, index, match, if conditions
Background in Logistics, Order or Case Management or Ecommerce is a plus
Amenable to work on dayshift schedule
Amenable to work full-time on-site for the training period and slowly transition to hybrid
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solver and attentive to details
