Area of Assignment: Philippine Red Cross, Batangas City Chapter at Capitol Site, Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City 4200
Position Purpose:
To promote, support and guide the Philippine Red Cross at Chapter level in the coordination and implementation of resource generating programs and activities in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan resource generating programs & activities with guidance and support from the Chapter Administrator
• Promote and champion resource generation and membership programs and activities within the community
• Coach & mentor volunteers to support resource generating activities and membership programs
• Build and maintain effective networks and relationships with business and community leaders to support Philippine Red Cross resource generation activities
• Coordinate & support implementation of membership and resource generating programs and activities
• Ensure programs and activities adhere to Philippine Red Cross guidelines & standards
• Manage & supervise Fundraising activity and Focal Person.
• Evaluate current programs and activities
• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing programs and activities
• Coordinate staff & volunteers to support program & activity implementation
• Support Chapter & National Headquarters with preparation of reporting by supplying accurate & time data & information for monthly and annual reporting.

Qualifications/Minimum Education:
● Bachelor’s Degree – Graduate of a 4 year course in Marketing, Administration or related fields
Work Experience & Skills:
● Minimum 1 years’ experience in Resource Generation or similar role required
● 2 years’ experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred (or with similar humanitarian organization)
● Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment including computer, phone, photocopier etc.
Working Environment: Office Based and Field Work
