Drake International Philippines partner- a chain of Dental clinic in Makati is currently hiring of an Office Associate (Customer Care Associate) for their Head Office to immediately join their expanding team!
Job Responsibilities/Role:
  • The customer care associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients.
  • He/she is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about the services and organizing clinic schedules.
  • Additionally, he/she must be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Main Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree graduate- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Must be customer oriented with outgoing personality.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
