How will you make an impact in this role?
Daily Responsibilities:

Pioneering the servicing of Amex Savings Accounts that will lead the way in evolving American Express’ servicing strategy

Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers
-
Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
-
Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries
-
Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption
-
Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
-
At least Senior High School Graduate (New curriculum).
-
Banking, Financial Services and Investment (BFSI) experience is required.
-
Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty.
-
At least 2-years CSAT/NPS experience (with recent relative experience for the past 6 months).
-
Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
-
Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Employed candidates are preferred, while we are open to considering unemployed candidates, the ideal would have a maximum of 6 months unemployment from the target start date.

Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
