What is the role of a Customer Relationship Associate - Collections Services?
You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

As a problem solver, this position is ideal for those who are curious and driven to uncover solutions!
You will manage a portfolio of accounts or work through a Dialler system, dedicating half of your time to tracking down customers and the other half to negotiating, helping them find a sustainable way to address their financial challenges.

Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite)
Some experience working towards deadlines, targets or KPIs in a previous role
Clear, confident English communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people
Competitive personality and drive for success
Respectful and empathetic
Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying
