Job Summary:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including notes and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
