We are hiring CSR!
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance, and resolving customer complaints. They must provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or billing issues to facilitate prompt payment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities, conversations, and payment commitments.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in the collection process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while effectively managing overdue accounts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
