Entry Level - Healthcare Account - Dayshift and Nightshift

We are hiring Healthcare Representatives for our Quezon City site!
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. They handle inquiries related to medical services, insurance coverage, and billing and ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing
Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records
Verify insurance coverage and process medical claims and bills
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction and quality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred
Experience is not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policies and procedures, and healthcare regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
