Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing data entry tasks related to estimates, orders, and inventory. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong
organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize company systems to prepare estimates and generate selection sheets

accurately.

• Place orders with purchasing department based on provided estimates and

client specifications.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure adequate stock levels and

timely deliveries.

• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, including updating

stock records and reconciling discrepancies.

• Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date files and records related to

orders, deliveries, and inventory.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely

completion of tasks.

• Handle other daily tasks related to the position as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office

Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in inventory management or related fields is a plu

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
