Job Description: Developer Coach
What You’ll Do:
● Train new technical hires on company products, customers, and development processes, including 1:1 mentoring to challenge, teach, and vet post-hire.
● Lead technical vetting and interviews for all technical roles, collaborating with the recruiter and the hiring manager for overall fit.
● Maintain and expand reusable technical training materials.
● Train and assist partners and customers on product APIs and in-product development tools.
● Create and update internal and external training content.
● Assist in answering product functionality questions from trainees, team members, customers, and business partners.
● Contribute to development projects as needed to augment the team and to stay
knowledgeable on our tech stack and product.
What You Need:
● Software and website development experience in Java Script (e.g., Knockout.js) and HTTP.
● Strong web application debugging and technical troubleshooting skills required.
● Able to quickly learn the CIMcloud platform.
● Proven ability to train people as well as experience utilizing training content and documentation.
● Skilled in assessing technical abilities and conducting developer interviews, previous coaching experience preferred.
● Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex problems clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
● At least 6+ years of industry experience, with a people-oriented approach, comfortable interacting with candidates and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
