Job Description:
- Manages and resolves Premium customers’ inquiries, requests, orders, follow-ups, and other concerns
- Provides necessary support to clients such as website navigation, account queries, and hasten process and procedure
- Promotes the appropriate COL products and services to the Premium base
- Facilitates and supports marketing programs, seminars, and other events as needed
- Provides emergency support to the Customer Support and Sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or any related course is an advantage
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in or related to customer service, but fresh graduates can apply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
- Can work independently and with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig City
