Job Description:

Manages and resolves Premium customers’ inquiries, requests, orders, follow-ups, and other concerns
Provides necessary support to clients such as website navigation, account queries, and hasten process and procedure
Promotes the appropriate COL products and services to the Premium base
Facilitates and supports marketing programs, seminars, and other events as needed
Provides emergency support to the Customer Support and Sales teams

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or any related course is an advantage
Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in or related to customer service, but fresh graduates can apply
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
Can work independently and with minimum supervision
Must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
