Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking remote Customer Service Representatives (French Interviewers) on project base to join our team in Philippines.

Job Overview

As a Market Researcher, you will be instrumental in gathering and processing information that enhances our clients' business strategies. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various project needs across different time zones.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone surveys for market research purposes, including political, public opinion, and B2B studies.
Enter data accurately and efficiently, capturing both structured and open-ended responses.
Maintain objectivity and adhere to script guidelines to ensure unbiased data collection
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and quotas.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Secondary school diploma preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to pronounce difficult words clearly.
Experience in call centers or telephone interviewing highly preferred.
Proficiency in using computers and CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) programs.
Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week and late shifts (until 12:00 AM) as needed
Previous experience with political and public opinion studies or B2B research is an asset.
