We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our telecommunications account team. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support to our clients regarding their telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails regarding customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to telecom services (e.g., mobile, internet, cable TV).
- Provide accurate information on billing, payments, account services, and upgrades.- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.- Promote and educate customers on new services, promotions, and products that suit their needs.- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, reliable, and professional support.- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, resolution time, and service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a Telco account.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telecom services.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
