Customer Service Representative (Mandarin)

What the role is about
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Our client is the world leading Airport/Railway station digital platform provider with more than 10 mil members worldwide and offering global lounge access & dining benefits to both business and leisure travelers.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting customer queries with an empathetic approach.
  • Phone: Receiving phone queries from customers internationally. Ensuring the customers needs are met through high quality service and logical thinking.
  • Front-line email customer support: contact directly from the end user.
  • Email: Use of internal ticketing system to organise, and reply to customer incoming queries via email.
  • Investigating potential issues and escalating using clear and precise detail.
  • Adhering to company and client SLAs to hit contracted service levels
  • Liaising across all core business departments to help your customer get the care they require.

Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
