Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice/Voice - Mandaluyong City)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect with our clients to build relationships, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for the business.
- Create a genuine connection with our customers, and identify customer concerns and needs proactively.
- Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved in one call.
- Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.
- Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- VOICE = with or without BPO experience
- NON-VOICE = with at least 6 months chat support experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Must be willing to work in an OFFICE-BASED setup
- Applicant must be willing to work in Paragon Plaza, Mandaluyong City
- Can start on DECEMBER 2, 2024
- Willing to work during Manila night hours graveyard shift, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
