We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:

• Completed 2 years in College with 1 year of BPO experience, including a solid 6 months of upselling experience.
• Candidate should be comfortable doing virtual assistance.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Earn up to 19k Basic Salary + HMO and Allowances.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and upselling products through calls, emails and chats.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
• May provide assistance and guidance to other data entry staff.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Produce call reports or other necessary documentation pertaining to customers interaction
